Course Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights supports Customer Service teams to unify their customer data from various channels into a real-time single view.
This course will teach you how to implement this application and support your customers to increase the effectiveness of their customer service teams.
Audience Profile
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultants, Solution Architects and Business Analysts who are looking to learn about the Customer Insights module of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Prerequisites
Prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems.
Results and Outcomes
After completing this course, you will be able to:
• Install and configure the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights application
