Course Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Insights is an AI-based solution that empowers sales teams to increase customer engagement and improve sales performance.
This crash-course will teach you everything you need to know about implementing and configurating Sales Insights for your customers.
Audience Profile
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultants, Solution Architects and Business Analysts who are looking to learn about the Sales Insights module of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Prerequisites
Prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM systems.
Results and Outcomes
After completing this course, you will be able to:
• Install and configure the Dynamics 365 Sales Insights application
