Privacy Policy – 365 Talent Portal AI Reporting Tool

This Privacy Policy explains how 365 Talent Portal Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses information when using our LinkedIn analytics reporting tool (“Service”). This Service allows us to retrieve read-only analytics data from the 365 Talent Portal LinkedIn Company Page once per month for internal reporting purposes.

1. What data we collect

Through the LinkedIn API, and only with the necessary authorization, we may collect:

  • LinkedIn Company Page analytics such as:

    • Page views and unique visitors

    • Followers and follower growth statistics

    • Post performance metrics (impressions, reactions, clicks, comments, shares)

We do not collect:

  • Personal LinkedIn profile data of followers or users

  • Direct identifiers (name, email, job title, etc.)

  • Any data beyond anonymized and aggregated analytics provided by LinkedIn

We do not modify or post content via LinkedIn APIs. Access is read-only.

2. How we use the data

We use the collected analytics data only for:

  • Internal monthly performance reporting

  • Improving our marketing strategy and page engagement

No automated decisions are made about individuals.

We do not use this data for advertising targeting beyond what LinkedIn already provides within its platform.

 

3. Data sharing

We do not share or sell data to any third parties.

Analytics obtained from LinkedIn are used strictly internally by 365 Talent Portal.

4. Data storage & retention

  • Data is stored securely within our internal systems.

  • We retain analytics information only as long as needed for reporting purposes.

  • Access is limited to authorized personnel within 365 Talent Portal.

  • If LinkedIn authorization is removed, no further data will be retrieved.

5. Legal basis for processing

As a company operating in the European Union, we rely on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to analyze and improve the performance of our own LinkedIn Company Page.

6. Your rights

If LinkedIn provides any personal data as part of analytics (normally aggregated):

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data

  • You may object to our processing based on legitimate interest

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

  • Access control

  • Encryption in transit where applicable

  • Monitoring and logging of system access

If data is stored or processed outside the EU, we ensure safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to comply with EU GDPR.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. We will post the updated version with a new “Effective Date” at the top.
