365 Talent Portal will provide up to 8 hours of one-to-one Marketing Practice Coaching during the programme period.

These coaching sessions are delivered exclusively for the Partner’s leadership and marketing team and are designed to help strengthen marketing leadership, positioning, pipeline generation, demand creation, and growth execution priorities.

The coaching schedule will be agreed between 365 Talent Portal and the Partner throughout the programme.

1.2 Marketing Workshops

365 Talent Portal will deliver the following GrowthLab workshops:

Workshop 1 – Build a Frontier Firm Marketing Strategy

Designed to help Partners better understand their ideal customers, create compelling positioning and offers, design modern customer journeys, and leverage AI-enabled personalisation to generate more qualified opportunities.

Workshop content and delivery format may evolve over time to reflect programme priorities and participant needs.

1.3 Certification Preparation Clinics

These sessions are intended to support final certification preparation and improve exam readiness; however, they are not a substitute for Microsoft product training, implementation training, or practical project experience. Certification success cannot be guaranteed.
